- Improve AI cleaning accuracy (aggregated or anonymized only)
3. Legal Basis (GDPR)
We process data based on:
- Contract performance — to deliver the service you signed up for
- Consent — where you have opted in
- Legitimate interests — service improvement, fraud prevention
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Paddle — payment processing (they act as Merchant of Record)
- Cloudflare (D1) — database hosting (UK region)
- Our AI provider — AI processing (raw CSV never sent, only column schemas and statistics)
We never sell your data.
5. Data Retention
- Account data: retained while account is active + 30 days after termination
- CSV data: deleted after processing or within 30 days of upload
- Payment records: retained by Paddle per their policy
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Export your data
- Withdraw consent
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

7. Data Transfers
We store data in the UK (Cloudflare D1). If data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses for protection.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and basic functionality. No tracking cookies without consent.

We will notify you of material changes via email.
