1. Acceptance

By using LeadCleaner, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • One account per user — sharing accounts is prohibited.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed via Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
  • All payments, taxes, and invoicing are handled by Paddle.
  • Pricing is listed on our website. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Service Description

LeadCleaner lets you upload CSV files and clean or transform lead data using our AI copilot, VERO. Raw CSV data is never sent to the AI — only column schemas and statistics are processed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload illegal or infringing data
  • Use the service for spam, fraud, or harassment
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
  • Exceed reasonable rate limits (bulk automated access)

6. Data & Privacy

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload.
  • We process your data only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.
  • We use Cloudflare D1 for storage and our AI provider for AI features.

7. Intellectual Property

  • LeadCleaner's software, UI, and branding are our property.
  • You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES — EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADCLEANER'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

10. Termination

  • You can cancel anytime via Paddle.
  • We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, you can export your data within 30 days. After that, it is deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria.
