1. General Policy

All transactions are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

We want you to be happy with LeadCleaner. If the service does not meet your needs, we offer refunds as described below.

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Plans

Refund available within 14 days of payment. After 14 days, no refund for the current billing period.

Annual Plans

Refund available within 30 days of purchase (pro-rated for usage).

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us through our Discord server (waitlist members only)
  2. Use the subject "Refund Request"
  3. Include your account email

Paddle may also process refunds directly — contact them at help@paddle.com.

4. Exceptions

No refund is provided if:

  • You violated our Terms of Service
  • The request is made outside the refund window
  • You have already exported your cleaned data

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank instead of contacting us first, your account may be suspended.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 14 business days and returned to the original payment method.
